The Legends West Subdivision is owned by Desert View Homes and is comprised of multiple underground utilities, earthwork, electric distribution, street lighting, Hydro-Seeding, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt paved roads.
Desert Springs Subdivision Unit 4 and 5
El Paso, TX
The Desert Springs Subdivision is owned by Desert View Homes and is comprised of a total of 190-1/2 acre lots, multiple underground utilities, earthwork, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt paved roads. Unit 5 was a gated retirement community designed for the 55+ year old lifestyle; which includes: parks, pickleball courts, and many multi-use paths.
Desert Springs Pond
El Paso, TX
This Retention Pond consisted of excavating and exporting 100,000 cubic yards of dirt. It included installing rip-rap along with gabion baskets, numerous concrete dissipator systems, concrete rundowns, concrete inlets and outlets, and depth gauges.
